We are now running on a reduced workforce which unfortunately means bookings maybe delayed. We will be prioritising emergencies. We may not be able to help all customers due to staff limitations so we are currently booking on a "first come first served basis". It's likely we will have more staff back in July but we expect to be back at full service in August/ September. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we will do our best in helping our customers.
As the government has issued a nationwide lock-down our suppliers have contacted us to say they are now closed. We have also made the decision to close our business until further notice. We maybe classed as "key workers" by the government soon but we don't want to put customers or our staff at risk in peoples homes when there is potential for people to contract the virus. We are still reviewing options going forward but it's likely that during this lock-down you may have to find alternative firms that are still active.

We are putting preparations in place to resume business as normal as soon as the lockdown is lifted.
